Expanding model choice in Copilot with Grok
Grok models from SpaceXAI are now reachable in Microsoft Copilot, rolling out through the Microsoft Frontier Program in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SpaceXAI has been added to Microsoft's Online Services Subprocessor List, and access is gated by a dedicated administrative setting that is disabled by default. Grok is not available to Frontier customers in the European Union, the European Free Trade Association or the United Kingdom during the preview.
Why it matters: The EFTA exclusion puts Swiss tenants out of scope alongside the EU and UK, so this is a model option to rule out of European Copilot conversations rather than into them.
