Dataverse integration on Copilot Studio

Microsoft Dataverse becomes a native knowledge source in Copilot Studio, letting agents ground on structured enterprise data (records, customer, and operational content) without a custom connector. Public preview is targeted for August 2026 and general availability for September 2026 (Worldwide, standard multi-tenant).

Why it matters: Partners can point Copilot Studio agents directly at governed Dataverse tables, removing a common integration step for line-of-business agents.

Manage agents across multiple tenants

Multi-tenant agent management is now in public preview in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Administrators can view a consolidated agent inventory, add, install, or block agents, and review tenant-specific risk and activity insights (Agent 365 license required) across the customer or subsidiary tenants they govern, with a tenant switcher to move between tenants without signing out. For CSP partners managing tenants through GDAP, actions stay scoped to the admin's delegated role in each tenant.

Why it matters: For partners running agents across many customer tenants, this replaces per-tenant admin work with a single governed console.
